Bet South American Soccer: Miller picks Mineiro-RG vs La Guaria, Racing Club vs Rentistas, Emelec vs Talleres

South American tournaments take center stage Tuesday, with action all over the continent

When trying to pick any continental competition, be it the UEFA Champions League, the AFC Champions League, or the two South American cups, the strategy is usually to take the better teams against some of the smaller sides.

So Tuesday night, with little action around Europe, we head to South America for the Copa Libertadores and Copa Sudamericana.

There look to be some good matchups here with heavy favorites from Argentina and Brazil, who have absolutely dominated these tournaments over the last few years.

I am going to pick the favorites here, and hope their class carries the day. Do not be afraid to take some of the other teams at minus money from the two big countries as well.
