It's PSG vs Borussia Dortmund in the battle to get to the UEFA Champions League Quarterfinals — Miller shares game picks & goal scorer bets

There is some good news for fans of PSG and Borussia Dortmund.

One of the teams is going to finally going to get out of the round of 16.

If there have been two teams that have underachieved as much as PSG and Borussia Dortmund in the UEFA Champions League, I don't know their identity. PSG has fallen three straight campaigns at this stage, but it is the way the Parisian side has been knocked out that has left it snake-bit.

Three years ago, PSG took a 4-0 lead to Barcelona for the second leg, and ended up losing 6-1, to fall 6-5 on aggregate. Last season, PSG beat Manchester United 2-0 at Old Trafford, then went back to Paris and fell 3-1, thanks to a 94th minute penalty from Marcus Rashford.

Dortmund has not done much since its 2013 final appearance, making it to one quarterfinal in the last five seasons. It was embarrassed last season in this round by Tottenham, losing 4-0 on aggregate in a tie that most thought was even going into it.

One thing is for sure in this two-legged tie: there will be a lot of goals. This has the potential to be one of the highest-scoring affairs in competition history.
