With the other major national team tournaments set to end Sunday, the lone action (outside of some friendly matches) comes from the African Cup of Nations.
Two heavily favored sides, Morocco and Senegal, will look to win (or advance) in the first of four matches on the way to a potential title.
Morocco went through group play with three 1-0 victories in Group D, while Benin drew three times, with two 0-0 results. So there does not expect to be many goals here.
Expect the Moroccans to continue with their clamp down defense in a close win.
In the second contest, Senegal, which had two clean sheet wins but a 1-0 loss to Algeria in Group C, will take on Group A runner up Uganda. Senegal has the players to win this tournament, if it can score. Uganda had trouble against Egypt in a 2-0 loss, and could struggle here against better competition.
Expect a straightforward result for Senegal.
