Moscow Liga Pro Table Tennis continues with favorites looking to win
While I may have watched soccer games all over Europe, taking in the sights of the biggest teams in the world as well as some of the lesser known ones, I cannot say that I have been to a professional table tennis match.
Back at the Schnall house in the early 1990s, we used to have some tournaments of our own, with up to 16 people entered at any time throughout the summer months. When the owner (who now goes by the name Eileen Porada) went to sell the house, they found holes in the walls of the room where the table was set up, from some “accidents” that may or may not have happened after losses.
I held my own, taking home my fair share of tournament titles, along with a few other players. But what I do remember is, most of the time, the better (or more highly favored) player won.
For Thursday morning, I picked out three of the most highly-favored players and put my rubles on them. The best play might be in a parlay or round robin. If you have some extra money to lay high juice, you can back them as singles as well.
