Dallas Wings at Connecticut Sun, 12 noon Eastern
The Pick: Dallas +11.5 (-106), bet $7.50 to win $7.08
I know Connecticut blew Dallas out on Thursday, but I still think the Wings have something left in the tank - and whatever kooky, up-and-down world they live in, they don’t just lay down. They may play down to competition, but that’s not an issue with the Sun. Dallas was only down by 10 points at halftime, and they only shot 41.3% from the field. Connecticut, on the other hand, shot 52.1%. I think Dallas knows this is their last chance, and I don’t think they’ll just roll over.
Washington Mystics at Seattle Storm, 4 pm Eastern
The Pick: Washington +4 (-115), bet $7.50 to win $6.53
On Thursday, Washington was in this the entire game. I don’t see any reason they won’t be in it today either. These two teams are closer than anyone’s given the Mystics credit for - Seattle has the star power and everyone expects the Storm to win based on those stars. But Washington has two stars of their own - Elena Delle Donne and Natasha Cloud. I think the Mystics think they let one slip away on Thursday. I think this series is going to Washington for Game Three.
