Unique stories and play developing around the doubles draw at Delray Beach Open as Bryan Brothers say goodbye

DELRAY BEACH, Fla. -- In addition to the exciting Saturday Night Women’s Exhibition and the Legends draw, Delray is also offering some incredibly exciting doubles matches, featuring two pairs of American teams that should provide doubles worth watching, the Bryan Brothers and Taylor Fritz/Tommy Paul.

The Bryan Brothers are legends at this point, and are making their exit from the Tour as aged 40+ players. Still, they are one of the world’s best teams, and although they may be a few years past their prime, they still compete with the very top teams and are threats in every tournament they enter to hold the trophy.

Taylor Fritz and Tommy Paul, both young Americans, are a very attractive team. They both serve big, return big, run the court, and present the movement and sharp hand-eye skills of elite volleyers that is necessary in big-time doubles.

The doubles game is fast AND quick, and very exciting. If you play it and like it, come and watch it. You won’t get better doubles than some of it being offered here in Delray.
