Today, we’ll reveal the opening odds and three bets below for the Premier League matches on Saturday, April 12th. Let’s get into it!
This is going to be a fun game. Palace has been red hot in recent weeks and are unbeaten in their last 8 matches through all competitions, including reaching the FA Cup Semi-Final.
Man City has also been good, unbeaten in their last 4, but they haven’t looked like their usual selves as they are looking at their lowest point total since 2016. I expect a fun game with plenty of goals in this one.
As you can see from the odds, Brighton is a big favorite in this one. Even coming off of back-to-back league losses, they should be able to handle a terrible Leicester side.
Leicester has not scored a goal in their last 5 league matches and have been outscored 0-11. Brighton is usually capable of scoring goals, and Leicester’s defense is leaky, so it may be a one-sided affair.
I love the odds on this game. Forest have been very solid at home this season and especially lately. They haven’t conceded a goal on their home turf in their last 3 games.
Everton is winless in their last 5 league games, although they have lost only one of those games. However, they have yet to score more than 1 goal in any of those 5 games. I think Forest should have a good chance at this one and continue to stay hot at home.
Southampton has officially been relegated with 6 weeks remaining in the season. On the other hand, Villa has been very solid since their 4-1 loss at Crystal Palace.
Southampton has had a horrible defense all year and Villa has been able to score goals, with 5 in their last 3 games. Even on the road, Villa should be able to handle this one.
This has the potential to be a fun one, but Arsenal is still great. They have lost just 3 games this season, but have won only 2 of their last 5, with 3 draws.
Brentford hasn’t been amazing, but they have been able to keep games close this season. Arsenal handled Brentford on the road earlier this season with a 3-1 victory, and I could see a similar score for this one.
Crystal Palace at Manchester City Both Teams to Score (-150) - Neither of these teams has kept a clean sheet in their last 3 matches, and each team scoring has hit in 4 of their last 5 meetings. Expect some goals.
Everton at Nottingham Forest (+110) - I’m taking Nottingham Forest at home in this one. I love seeing them at plus money, so I have to ride. They have been great at home this season and are looking to keep their Champions League run alive.
Aston Villa (-175) at Southampton - Not great odds here, but Southampton has been awful. Villa has been very solid lately, so I expect them to handle this one on the road.
