Today, we’ll reveal the opening odds and three bets below for the Premier League matches on Saturday, April 5th. Let’s get into it!
This should be a fun game to start the weekend. Everton has improved a ton as the season has progressed and has proved capable of staying in just about every game.
While they haven’t been able to get many wins, with just 7 through 30 games. They have been able to manage plenty of draws, with 13. However, taking on Arsenal is never an easy task. Arsenal is also great on the road with the 2nd best road record in the EPL.
Both of these teams have been great recently, with each side losing only 1 of their last 5 league games. This is also a rivalry, known as the M23 Derby, so it should be a great game.
Palace hasn’t been great so far on their home turf this season, winning just 4 of their 15 home games so far. Brighton has been solid on the road but has been pretty poor defensively, allowing 26 goals in their 15 road games. This game should be filled with action.
Wolves have seemingly crawled away from relegation with back-to-back big wins coming into this game. They have only lost 1 of their last 5 league games as well and now sit 9 points ahead of Ipswich for the final relegation spot.
Ipswich has been bad all year, and if they can’t manage a win here, they are seemingly out of hope. So, this game should be a fun one with both sides having a lot to lose.
Bournemouth has gone from one of the hottest teams in the league to one of the coldest. They have lost 4 of their last 5 league games. At one point this season, Bournemouth went 11 games unbeaten and climbed high in the league table, not they are fighting to stay in the upper half.
West Ham hasn’t been amazing this season and have looked pretty poo over their last 3 league games with 2 losses and one draw. Both sides would love to get back in the win column.
Both of these teams are in great form coming into this game, so we should be in for a fun one. Villa is coming in off a 3-0 win over Brighton in their last league game, while Forest gutted a 1-0 win against Man City.
Forest is looking to stay in contention for a Champions League position, so this will be a big game for them. Villa has been solid at home so far this season, so it will be a tall task.
Arsenal (-135) at Everton - Everton has been solid recently, but Arsenal is too good. I think these odds are too tough to pass up on.
Brighton at Crystal Palace Over 2.5 Goals (-130) - Brighton has had a leaky defense on the road, and both of these teams have a ton of scoring potential. This rivalry game should provide us with a ton of action.
Nottingham Forest (+260) at Aston Villa - Taking this purely because of the odds. Forest has been great this season and currently sits 3rd in the league. They are battling for their first Champions League finish since 1981, so expect a team that is going to leave it all out there.
