We had a packed slate last week with midweek games and weekend games. Now we roll into Matchday 16 of the Premier League and have a fun one in store!

Today, we’ll reveal the opening odds and three best bets below for the EPL’s 16th Matchday schedule. Let's get into it!

Everton (+1000) at Arsenal (-425) Saturday 10:00 AM - Draw Odds (+500)

Arsenal seems to be back on their horse after a tough stretch to start the season. They are undefeated in their last 5 league games, including 3 wins.

Everton hasn’t been awful, but this game seems like a tall task for them. Going on the road to Emirates Stadium is never easy, and I’m not sure Everton has the firepower to walk out with a win.

Fulham (+700) at Liverpool (-320) Saturday 10:00 AM - Draw Odds (+475)

Much like the last game, don’t overthink this. Liverpool has been on fire and, while Fulham has been solid, it doesn’t seem they have the talent to go on the road win this weekend.

Fulham is coming off of 3 solid performances including a draw last weekend with Arsenal. However, Liverpool still sits comfortably atop the league, and I’m not expecting that gap to be closed this weekend.

Leicester (+750) at Newcastle (-320) Saturday 10:00 AM - Draw Odds (+475)

The odds on this game intrigue me. Leicester has been bad this season, but since hiring Ruud Van Nistelrooy, they have yet to lose either of their league games.

Now, they will face off against a struggling Newcastle squad that has only managed one win in their last 5 league games. It will be tough for Leicester on the road, but it could be a fun game.

Ipswich Town (+285) at Wolves (-115) Saturday 10:00 AM - Draw Odds (+280)

These teams are battling against relegation, so this should be a fun one. Wolves have lost their last 3 games, allowing 8 goals over that span and Ipswich hasn’t been much better.

Ipswich, also coming off 3 losses has at least shown an ability to keep games low scoring. I think this game will be really close, so it is worth monitoring.

Aston Villa (+170) at Nottingham Forest (+160) Saturday 12:30 PM - Draw Odds (+235)

Forest have been struggling through their last 5 games, but they are coming off a win on the road at Man United last weekend. T

hese teams currently sit with the same exact record 7-4-4, so this game will be important for the league table. These teams both tend to have high scoring games, so expect a fun one.

Crystal Palace (+280) at Brighton (-110) Sunday 9:00 AM - Draw Odds (+275)

The odds are a bit closer than I expected, so I like this games. Brighton has been good, but have not won in their last 3. Palace has seemed to turn things around, losing only one of their last 5.

However, I think Brighton is the much more talented team here. Palace averages less than 1 goal/game and I think Danny Welbeck and the Brighton squad will get back on track at home.

Manchester United (+400) at Manchester City (-180) Sunday 11:30 AM - Draw Odds (+370)

It’s the Manchester Derby! This heated rivalry is always a fun game to tune into. A city divided by hate to get our Sundays going. City has dominated this matchup through the last couple of years, winning 4 of 5.

After not winning a game all of November, Man City is in desperate need of 3 points. On the other hand, Man U has been struggling and a win on the road would be a huge boost for their season.

Brentford (+650) at Chelsea (-300) Sunday 2:00 PM - Draw Odds (+475)

Chelsea has been one of the hottest teams in the league so far this season. They have stacked 9 wins and are currently sitting at 2nd in the league table.

Now, they have won their last 4 and have totaled 14 goals over that span. Brentford has been good so far this season and have won 3 of their last 5, but this mountain may be too tall to climb.

Tottenham (-140) at Southampton (+310) Sunday 2:00 PM - Draw Odds (+330)

Tottenham have certainly not been playing well, losing 3 of their last 5, but they are a much more talented team than Southampton.

Southampton has managed only one win and 2 draws through 15 games and currently sit last in the league. Even with a road test, I think Tottenham has the fire power to walk away with a win in this one.

West Ham (+330) at Bournemouth (-140) Monday 3:00 PM - Draw Odds (+310)

This game should be interesting, but I think the home turf gives Bournemouth the edge. West Ham has been a rollercoaster this season and can’t seem to provide consistent play.

Bournemouth has been hot as of late, winning their last 3, and currently sit within the top 10 in the league. West Ham should put up a fight, but I think Bournemouth’s defense will stifle them.

Best Bets

Leicester at Newcastle to Draw (+475) - Leicester has been bad. But the odds here seem too good to pass up. The squad has shown some fresh energy under new manager Ruud Van Nistelrooy and Newcastle has been struggling to close out games recently.

Aston Villa at Nottingham Forest Over 2.5 Goals (-120) - 5 of Forest’s last six matches have ended with at least three goals scored. Match that with Villa who has surpassed that mark in 4 of their last 6 and I think we have a good chance at this one.

Tottenham (-140) at Southampton - Not the greatest odd, but this seems like easy money. Tottenham has been bad, but they have lost to a great Chelsea team and a scrappy Bournemouth team on the road in their last 2. I think they turn it around this weekend against a bad Southampton team.
