Soccer Tuesday: Miller goes to France for Paris FC vs. Lens, Netherlands for FC Utrecht vs. Heracles, and Norway for Elverum vs. Stabaek

Tuesday is all about the promotion playoffs around Europe, and there are three big matches (plus a cup contest from Norway) that are worth a look.

In Holland, the second leg of the UEFA Europa League qualification playoffs will take to the pitches. In the first game, FC Utrecht takes a 2-0 lead home against Heracles. Utrecht has won three straight against Heracles, and will look to get out to an early lead to end the tie.
