NHL Saturday: Dietel on Hurricanes v Capitals

> Best Bet
Hurricanes (+125) over CAPITALS

> The Skinny
The Hurricanes have worked their tails off to get in this position. They came back from down 2-0 and won both games at home. Now it’s time for them to win against the Capitals on the road, which is no easy task. The Caps are without one of their star players in F TJ Oshie, who was injured in the previous match-up. That’s a big hole that needs filling and bringing up F Devante Smith-Pelly won’t do it all. DSP was great in the playoffs last year for the Caps, but can he rekindle that magic today? It’s too soon to tell. We think the Hurricanes capitalize (no pun intended) on Oshie’s absence today and take it to Washington.
