After dominating the conference all year, the NFC Championship game will feature a pair of teams from the West division. The Los Angeles Rams (14-5) head north to play the Seattle Seahawks (15-3) for the third time this season with the winning reaching this year’s Super Bowl.

Los Angeles has survived its two playoff road games to reach this point. The Rams staved off elimination against the Carolina Panthers thanks to Matthew Stafford’s late-game heroics. He was called on again in overtime against the Chicago Bears, leading Los Angeles down the field for the winning field goal kick.

Seattle earned the first-round bye for the NFC playoffs, and their only postseason game looked more like a glorified scrimmage than a postseason game. The Seahawks dominated the short-handed San Francisco 49ers, posting their largest postseason victory margin in a 41-6 route.

With a Super Bowl berth on the line, will the Rams or Seahawks emerge victorious in this year’s NFC Championship game? We’ll cover that and provide bettors with our top three player props for this contest.

Los Angeles Rams QB Matthew Stafford OVER 255.5 Passing Yards

In his 17th season, veteran quarterback Matthew Stafford had one of his best years. The 37-year-old completed 65 percent of his passes for 4,707 yards, 46 touchdowns, and eight interceptions.

He’s been less accurate in the postseason thus far, completing just 52 percent of his passes for 562 yards, three touchdowns, and one pick. In both games, he’s surpassed the 255-yard mark.

For Los Angeles to reach the Super Bowl, the squad needs him to have a strong game. Expect him to finish with at least 260 passing yards on Sunday to cover this prop bet total.

Seattle Seahawks RB Kenneth Walker III UNDER 87.5 Rushing Yards

The only bad news emerging from Seattle’s dominant postseason victory last week was running back Zach Charbonnet suffered an ACL tear. That leaves fellow backfield star Kenneth Walker III as the player the Seahawks will lean on Sunday.

He finished with 167 yards on 27 carries against Los Angeles this season, but those numbers were bolstered by two runs for 80 yards. Without those carries, he managed a meager 3.4 yards per rush against the Rams defense in 2025.

Should bettors expect him to have another strong day in the NFC Championship game, especially without Charbonnet to relieve him? The answer is no. Expect the Rams to sell out on stopping the running game on Sunday, keeping him from covering this player prop total.

Los Angeles Rams WR Puka Nacua UNDER 92.5 Receiving Yards

Few players should be more excited to see Seattle on Sunday than Puka Nacua. The NFL’s leading receiver had a career-best game against the Seahawks last month, catching 12 of his 16 targets for 225 yards and two touchdowns during a heartbreaking loss to Seattle.

That wasn’t the case in his first outing against the Seahawks. Nacua finished that November game with seven catches for 75 yards and no scores.

That’s more like what bettors should expect on Sunday out of Nacua. Take him to finish below his 92.5-yard receiving mark, failing to cover this player prop wager.

Best Bet: Seattle (-2.5)

Nearly 15 years ago, Seattle began a reign of terror with a defense better known as the “Legion of Boom.” For four consecutive seasons, the Seahawks led the NFL in scoring defense thanks to their physical defensive backfield and creative front four play.

This year’s unit is perhaps heading for similar success. The Seahawks ranked first in the NFL this season by allowing 17.2 points, and Seattle is among the top 10 in every major defensive category.

Los Angeles is one of two teams that scored more than 30 points against Seattle this season, dropping a late-season contest 38-37 to the Seahawks, which allowed their rivals to claim the top spot in the NFC playoffs. Bettors should expect another close game on Sunday, but take the homesteading Seahawks to win by at least a field goal to advance to the Super Bowl.
