Welcome to December, sports betting family. The 2025-26 NFL season is flying by at lightning speed. As usual, we get a nice matchup to take in on Monday Night Football
I've found some expected value on the Giants vs Patriots game, which kicks off at 8:15 Eastern Time on December 1st. I've broken down all aspects of this matchup and came up with an early best bet for your wagering pleasures.
Good luck and enjoy the action! This one should be fun to watch, and hopefully it puts money in our pockets. Let's get into the breakdown.
Online sportsbooks opened this line at Patriots -3 on the look-ahead back in the summer months. However, that all changed after the Pats started out their season at 10-2. Most online sportsbooks now have the Patriots as a 7-point favorite as of Monday morning.
As for the game total, there's been no real movement to report so far. The line opened at 46.5, and most shops are still dealing that same number. As always, be sure to shop around for the best price before pulling the trigger.
The G-Men are just 2-10 on the year, so they could use a win in the worst kind of way. They're also 0-7 on the highway this season, as they just haven't been able to perform well away from MetLife Stadium. That being said, rookie QB Jaxon Dart gives this fan base reason to hope.
The Ole Miss alum has thrown for 1417 yards and 10 TDs so far. He's also found the end zone 7 times on the ground. Dart's favorite target this year has been Wan'Dale Robinson, who has hauled in 66 receptions for 794 yards and 3 TDs.
The Giants' defense has been a complete mess this season, as they rank dead last in yards per rush allowed and 30th in TDs allowed. Brian Burns has been a bright spot, though, as he leads the team with 13 sacks.
Everyone in the NFL knew that Mike Vrabel could coach, but almost no one saw this drastic turnaround coming so quickly for New England. Vrabel has this defense playing with lots of attitude, and Drake Maye has looked incredibly comfortable all year long.
Maye is a legitimate MVP candidate, as he's already thrown for 3130 yards and 21 TDs. The former UNC star has also scored twice with his legs. Stefon Diggs and TreVeyon Henderson have been two of Maye's biggest helpers on the offensive end of the ball.
New England has benefited from a soft schedule, but the defense ranks 5th in points per game allowed. They also rank a respectable 11th in yards per rush allowed and yards per pass allowed. Harold Landry leads the team in sacks but is listed as questionable with a knee injury.

I'm looking for a big game from Henderson tonight at home on Monday Night Football. The former Ohio State Buckeyes star has been a beast since moving into the starting role. He should dominate a New York Giants D that gives up the 2nd most fantasy points per game to the running back position.
Jahmyr Gibbs just torched this Giants defense for 219 rushing yards and 45 receiving yards last Sunday. Henderson is nowhere near as fast as Gibbs, but he still has an above-average skill set. Let's break down how the books see this one playing out below.
Most sportsbooks have Henderson's carries at 14.5 and shaded to the Over. They also have his receptions line at 2.5 shaded slightly to the Under. Some quick and dirty math tells us that Henderson should get at least 17 touches tonight. However, he could get even more than that since the Pats are a TD favorite. That should mean a positive game script for Henderson to get more carries. Give me the Over in this spot!
