Welcome to Monday Night Football, sports betting family. We've got a fabulous primetime matchup to close out Week 10, as the Packers will host the defending champion Eagles at frosty Lambeau Field.

I've broken down all aspects of this matchup and came up with an early best bet for your wagering pleasures. Good luck and enjoy the action! This one should be fun to watch, and hopefully it puts money in our pockets. Let's get into the breakdown.

Betting Odds for Eagles vs Packers

Online sportsbooks opened this line at Green Bay -3 on the look-ahead back in the summer months. However, that all changed after the Packers a shocking loss to the Panthers in Week 9. Most online sportsbooks now have the Packers as a 1-point favorite as of Monday morning.

As for the game total, there's been no major moves to report so far. The line opened at 45.5, and most shops are still dealing that number. There are a couple of outliers in the market to make note of. Bally Bey is offering 45 if you like the Over, and ESPN Bet is dealing 46.5 if you prefer the Under. Shop around for the best price in your market.

How Will Philly Respond After the Bye?

The bye came at the perfect time for the Eagles. They've had a lot of guys banged up along their offensive line, so the team as a whole should be much healthier after getting two weeks of rest. Philadelphia got some much-needed revenge against the Giants back in Week 8.

Saquon Barkley has definitely missed some of his big blockers up front this season. The former Penn State star has gotten off to a slow start after a remarkable 2024 campaign. However, even with the team's struggles on offense, they're still sitting pretty at 6-2.

Even though Jalen Hurts has come under criticism, he's still putting up terrific numbers. The Philly signal caller has thrown for 1677 and 15 TDs already this season. He's also found the end zone 5 times with his legs, thanks to the Brotherly Shove.

Will the Packers Bounce Back?

Most of us NFL handicappers are still scratching our heads at how such a talented Green Bay team lost to Carolina. The tie against Dallas a few weeks before that was also quite shocking. All of that being said, this Packers team is still one of the best in the NFC.

Josh Jacobs is still a workhorse in the backfield, and he's already racked up 10 rushing touchdowns this season. However, Green Bay hasn't run the ball all that well from a down-to-down perspective. The Packers rank just 26th in yards per rush, so I'm not so sure Jacobs will do much against the Philly defensive line.

Green Bay's secondary has been remarkable so far, as they lead the NFL in yards per pass allowed. The D-line has also done a good job of defending the run, as they rank 8th in yards per rush allowed. Rashan Gary leads the team with 7.5 sacks, even though Micah Parsons gets all of the pub.

Best Bet: Packers (-110) (Bally Bet)

PHI at GB: 8:15 ET on Monday 11/10

We went 2-1 yesterday with our NFL sides, so let's keep things rolling on Monday Night Football by playing the Pack! My power ratings actually favor the Eagles by a hair. However, the spot favors Green Bay quite a bit since they're coming off that embarrassing loss to Carolina last week.

Yes, I know that Philadelphia is coming out of its bye week, but Nick Sirianni's team hasn't exactly thrived in that role of late. Philadelphia is just 2-6-1 ATS in the last nine post-bye week games versus NFC foes. That's definitely a trend in favor of the Boys from the Bay.

Most of the statistical metrics favor the Packers in a big way as well. Green Bay leads the NFL in 3rd-down offense, while Philly's defense ranks a pitiful 27th in that category. That should mean that Jordan Love and Co. will be able to sustain lots of long drives and tire out this Eagles D. Give us the CheeseHeads at home in primetime. Good luck, fellow sports investors.
