The NFL playoffs are nearly upon us, and there are some great matchups taking place this weekend. Fans are anxious to see what their favorite teams can do in some banner contests, hoping desperately that they can advance to the Divisional Round.

We’re going to break down our favorite Underdog player props from each game, this time, going over the matchup between the Denver Broncos and Buffalo Bills. The Bills are 8.5-point favorites heading into the game, but we don’t think it’s going to be the blowout that oddsmakers project.

Will rookie Bo Nix be able to keep up with Josh Allen and the juggernaut that has been the Bills offense in recent seasons? Let’s take a look at our player prop picks and see if we can sweep the board!

Josh Allen OVER 1.5 Passing Touchdowns

For whatever reason, we were terrified to touch Josh Allen’s rushing or passing yardage lines, so we stayed away from them. We do, however, feel confident about his passing touchdown line, especially since it’s only set at 1.5.

Many believe Allen will win league MVP due to his efforts throughout the season, and he threw 2+ touchdowns in 10 games this season.

He has done well in this department against good teams, throwing two touchdowns against the Detroit Lions, three against the Los Angeles Rams, and two against the Arizona Cardinals in Week 1, a shootout game when the Cardinals were still playing well.

Bo Nix OVER 221.5 Passing Yards

Bo Nix might mess around and win Offensive Rookie of the Year. It’s seemingly a two-horse race between him and Jayden Daniels, as both quarterbacks have thrived in their first NFL seasons.

Nix has taken the reins of the Broncos' offense, a well-respected quarterback in general, not just because he’s a rookie. The Broncos, at least to us, have a fighting chance to win this game, but Nix will need to play mistake-free football and play the best game of his NFL life.

We project that he will at least make a strong push to keep the Broncos in this one, believing that he’ll amass at least 222 passing yards, even against a strong Bills defense.

Javonte Williams OVER 2.5 Receptions

This prop feels a little too low for Nix’s first playoff game. While we expect him to put up some strong passing numbers, he could have some first-game jitters, electing to dump the ball off to his top pass-catching back, Javonte Williams.

Williams is great in space with the ball in his hands, and we expect him to have a great game, racking up at least three catches. He could hit this line in the first half, giving us confidence in taking the over.
