NFL Week 13 late games: Jared Hackmyer picks Giants vs Seahawks, Eagles vs Packers, more
CARDINALS (+3) Rams (48.5)
Jared’s Pick: Cardinals
Breakout Player: RB Kenyan Drake
The Rams did not look good last week against San Francisco but every team has bad games. I like Kyler Murray going against L.A.’s elite defense better than Jared Goff going against the Cardinals' D.
SEAHAWKS (-11) Giants (47.5)
Jared’s Pick: Seahawks
Breakout Player: WR Tyler Lockett
Without QB Daniel Jones, New York’s passing game will be a mess and Seattle would have been favored if the Giants had Jones. I don’t think Seattle will score too many points on Sunday with New York’s defense playing at an elite level, but the Seahawks should still cover.
PACKERS (-8.5) Eagles (48.5)
Jared’s Pick: Packers
Breakout Player: RB Aaron Jones
Green Bay has been dominant on both sides of the ball and going against a team that’s been a mess, like the Eagles, the Packers could have a breakout day. Philadelphia’s defense hasn’t been too bad, but going against Aaron Rodgers, Aaron Jones, and Davante Adams is going to be a huge challenge that I don’t think they’ll handle well.
CHARGERS (-2) Patriots (47)
Jared’s Pick: Chargers
Breakout Player: RB Austin Ekeler
With RB Austin Ekeler back, L.A. has a big upgrade on offense and is full of weapons now. New England’s defense is very tough and they won’t get blown out, but a healthy Chargers offense is a lot to handle on the road.
CHIEFS (-13.5) Broncos (50.5)
Jared’s Pick: Chiefs
Breakout Player: WR Tyreek Hill
Kansas City’s offense is something we’ve never seen before. The Chiefs will light the Broncos up.
