Welcome to Week 10 of the college football season, sports betting family. As it usually does, the year is going by way too fast, but there are lots of fun games left out there for us. It's hard to believe that we only have a month left in the regular season.

I've found some nice edges on Saturday afternoon's Georgia vs Florida game, which kicks off at 3:30 Eastern Time on ABC. I've broken down all aspects of this matchup and came up with an early best bet to hopefully help build your bankroll.

Good luck and enjoy the action! This should be a sensational SEC showdown in Jacksonville. Let's get into it!

Betting Odds for Georgia vs Florida

Online sportsbooks opened this line at Georgia -9.5 on the look-ahead line back in the summer months. Surprisingly, the current number is now Georgia -7, which is kind of a shock since Florida has struggled to show any type of consistency this season.

As for the game total, there's been almost no movement to report on that front. The line opened at 51, and almost every sportsbook in the US is still dealing that same number. The only outlier right now is Caesars, which is offering up 50.5 at standard -110 juice.

Can the Bulldogs Win Their 4th Straight?

Georgia has enjoyed a perfect season, aside from a 3-point loss to Alabama back in late September. The Bulldogs enjoyed a bye week last week after a dominant 43-35 win over Ole Miss in Week 8. QB Gunnar Stockton continues to grow up before our very eyes, as he has thrown for 1553 yards and 10 TDs so far this season.

The Bulldogs have a whole stable full of running backs, but Chauncey Bowens leads the pack with 376 yards on the ground. UGA ranks a solid 40th in yards per rush, and OC Mike Bobo tends to stay committed to the run regardless of how well it's working.

Georgia's defense is once again one of the best in the country at stopping the run. The Bulldogs rank 16th in yards per rush allowed, so Jadan Baugh may have a hard time finding any holes to run through.

Will the Gators Pull off the Upset?

Florida's offense has been a major disappointment this season, as they rank a putrid 129th in converting third downs and just 82nd in yards per play. The weird thing is that the Gators lead the country in red zone scoring percentage. Kicker Trey Smack has been solid all year long, as he's made 12 of 15 field goal attempts so far.

As bad as Florida's offense has been, it's been a whole lot better since WR Dallas Wilson got back into the lineup. The 6'3" freshman has already caught 3 TDs in only three games this year. You can bet that DJ Lagway will be looking Wilson's way early and often in this one.

Best Bet: Florida +4 (-110) (1st Half)

UGA vs FLA - 3:30 PM EDT on ABC (11/1)

The Gators have cashed for us a couple of times, and they've burned us a time or two this season as well. However, I love getting more than a field goal in the first half in a rivalry with a team that should be a tad more motivated. I know the Dawgs have a ton to play for, but the Gators have nothing to lose, and that makes them very dangerous.

I'm playing Florida in the first half for a few reasons. One, they're playing with an interim coach after firing Billy Napier. Two, Georgia HC Kirby Smart is one of the best in the business at making adjustments after halftime. I actually have the Gators power-ranked a tad better than the Dawgs in first halves this season.

DJ Lagway has been bitten by the turnover bug this season, as he has already thrown 9 picks to go along with his 9 TD passes. However, he reminded the college football world of what he's capable of when Florida pulled a huge upset over Texas a few weeks ago. I expect a clean game from DJ in this one, and for the Gators to keep this close in the first half. Good luck, fellow sports investors. Let's get 'em!
