In 12 games this season, Penn State trailed at halftime only once (they were tied twice) . . . Even in their three losses, they were outscored just 28-27 over the first 30 minutes . . . That gives us enough incentive to take Penn State with the first half money line (-$200) and at least think about laying the 3.5 points over the first 30 minutes.
