The Pick: Pennsylvania +4 (-110), bet $11 to win $10; over 140 (-114), bet $11.40 to win $10

Penn has been a frustrating team this year but is better than their 7-12 record indicates. They just handled Yale at home, and tonight travel to Cambridge, MA to face Harvard in the only Ivy League or ACC game tonight. Harvard’s establishing that they beat Ivy teams they’re supposed to beat, and lose to Ivy teams they’re not supposed to beat. And they’re not supposed to beat Penn - the Quakers rank 211th in the Pomeroy rankings, the Crimson 212th. I think Harvard takes Penn lightly tonight and Penn makes them pay for it. According to Pomeroy, Penn has a better than average offense, and both teams have a worse than average defense. However, Penn has played much better offenses in their opponents. They both average over 70 points a game and give up about 70 points a game. I like the over in a ragged, up-and-down affair.
