NBA Tuesday Predictions 3 Player Props for December 2
Cedric Coward should be a big part of the Grizzlies' success on Tuesday night.

Three rookies highlight our best Tuesday night bets around the NBA. Starting with a Western Conference matchup, look for Cedric Coward to continue to serve as an underrated playmaker and rebounder for Memphis.

On the other side, Dylan Harper is excelling as a three-level scorer for the young Spurs. Out East, VJ Edgecombe is due for a bounce-back night against Washington. Get our 3 best NBA player props below.

Cedric Coward (MEM) OVER 7.5 Rebounds & Assists

Cedric Cowards remains my favorite rookie to bet on during the early portion of the NBA season. The lengthy wing’s shooting stats have fallen as we head into December, but that doesn’t mean he isn’t impacting the Grizzlies on both ends of the floor.

During their three-game win streak, Coward has played 29+ minutes in each outing while hitting this prop mark twice.

He managed to grab 11 boards against the Spurs in their first matchup this season, and with Ja Morant still out, I expect an aggressive Coward on both sides of the ball tonight against a conference foe.

Dylan Harper (SAS) OVER 11.5 Points

Sticking with the Spurs/Grizzlies matchup, it is time to buy Dylan Harper stock when it is this low. Harper has a veteran’s game in a rookie’s body, able to score from all three levels and play winning basketball on both ends.

The second overall pick has put up 35 points in just 52 minutes of play since returning from injury at the end of November. Harper has been a consistent force, scoring 13.2 PPG this season on 50.5% shooting from the field and 81% shooting from the charity stripe.

Against a Memphis team struggling to defend ball handlers, I’ll take Harper to put together another solid performance.

VJ Edgecombe (PHI) OVER 13.5 Points

After a sizzling start to the season, Edgecombe has fallen down to Earth, averaging 12.3 PPG and 3.5 APG in the month of November on 36/32/70 shooting splits.

While it was a rollercoaster month for the rookie, this matchup against Washington proved to be a good one.

The Wizards are coming off their third win of the season in a hard-fought battle against Milwaukee just last night, and could be on their heels against this fast-paced Philly offense away from home, proving a great matchup for the rookie guard.
