Various reports have Washington star Bradley Beal either in or out of COVID protocol, but even if he’s out, I’m taking the Wizards anyway. They’re at home getting 3.5 points, first of all. Second of all, Philadelphia will be missing guards Danny Green, Shake Milton, and perhaps Tyrese Maxey due to protocol as well. The Sixers are 1-4 against the spread in their last five games, and the Wizards are 11-3 against Philadelphia in their last fourteen in Washington. They’re 14-5 at home in their last 19. Sixer center Joel Embiid continues to carry a monster load for Philadelphia, and I think tonight will be a game where the strain shows just a bit. Take the home dog getting the points.
