MLB Sunday: Pinch hitting for Albert, Gensler likes Mariners v Indians, Red Sox v White Sox, Diamondbacks v Rockies and Mets v Brewers

First game starts at 1:10 pm

Best Bet: Mariners @ INDIANS Over 9

Best Betts: Red Sox @ WHITE SOX Over 9.5

Best short game play: Diamondbacks (+130) Over Rockies first 5 innings

If you must short-game play: Brewers (-160) Over Mets first 5 innings

The skinny:
Both the Mariners and Indians can score runs and today’s starting pitchers, Erik Swanson and Cody Anderson can give them up. They have a combined ERA over 12. . . . Yes, this could be the game Rick Porcello (5.52 ERA) becomes Rick Porcello again, but then the Red Sox could put up 10 on Dylan Covey (6.75 ERA). . . . Zack Greinke (5-1) was great against the Yankees on Tuesday and has given up just one earned run over his last 20.2 innings. Here’s hoping that dominance continues for at least 5 more innings. . . . Brewer pitcher Zach Davies seems to have found something this year (3-0, 1.38 ERA) while Met starter Jason Vargas, who struggled early, seems to have found something over his last three starts. I’m looking for Davies to be a little sharper today.
