Turbo Hill (1) looks like a special individual. Of course he will have to prove it over time. He’s won 5 of 6 in his career. Last start, at Pocono, he sped to an impressive 1:51 1/5 win with the trainer, Hunter Oakes, driving. The rail and his obvious talent are the keys to victory. Tough As Tuff (3) Absent since last June. The qualifier indicates he could be ready to race. Expect a strong mile tonight. Queenace Blue Chip (8) really dug in last race as the 4-5 favorite. The 8 post at Yonkers poses a problem for him as it does for so many others. American Admiral (6) showed a slight improvement in last Will be closing late vs these.

Shes Pukka N (5) In two Petticoat Series races, this Ross Croghan trainee, had a win and a third. She is the only sharp mare in this Petticoat Consolation race. She will need an aggressive go. Shellie De Vie (4) She had a 3rd, 4th and 5th in 3 Petticoat races. Guessing that she will improve tonight. Pelican Blue Chip (8) The post is a strong negative – compounded by a lack of late kick. Had some decent efforts earlier with one win 4 starts ago. Katie Mae Cancook(7) seems overmatched but might earn a minor share vs these.

The final of the Petticoat Series. The purse for this event is $58,000. Robyn Camden (6) Has won 4 of 7 with three place finishes. She hasn’t been worse than second this year. She won last race on the lead and won the prior start from way off the pace. Handy filly can get the cash tonight. Odds On Ashley (4) won 2 of 3 Petticoat starts and looms as the one to beat here. Has won 5 of 7 this year with two place finishes. She will race well if allowed to control the pace. Catch An Ace (5) had a great pocket trip in last and just missed. Won 4 of 8 this year with 3 place finishes. Must consider in the gimmick bets. Ella Is Awesome (1) Had perfect trip win 2 ago and her recent races are also sharp. Could hang any mare attempting to go to the lead. Must be considered if the price is right.
