The Tour Championship is finally here! This is the biggest golf event of the entire year outside of the majors, as the winner of this tournament is crowned the FedEx Cup Champion.

This year’s tournament is a bit different than in years past, as everyone starts at even par with the same opportunity to win it all. With only 30 players in the field, only the best golfers in the world will be taking part, and we’re excited to see how it’ll all play out.

With that in mind, let’s get into our favorite tournament-long props, all of which can be found on Underdog!

Scottie Scheffler finishing position BETTER 2.5

It’s hard to bet against Scottie Scheffler at the moment, and in a field of just 30 people, it seems more likely that he’ll finish 1 or 2 than any other result. He’s on a Tiger Woods-esque run, and while he could have a bad tournament eventually, we’re not betting on this one to be that event.

Scheffler has won five of the last 10 tournaments he’s participated in, something no golfer can come closer to saying. Look for Scheffler to keep this awesome run going and finish top 2, if not No. 1, in this prestigious event.

Keegan Bradley finishing position BETTER 20.5

With only 30 golfers in the field, only 10 will hit the ‘worse’ on this line, so it’s a relatively simple process when trying to project the top 20. We believe Keegan Bradley could finish in the top 10 in this event, so we’re more than comfortable taking the better in this spot, especially seeing his competition.

Bradley has been a pro for nearly 20 years, so he’s had his fair share of opportunities to play in the tour championship, unlike some of his counterparts.

He’s coming off a finish where he was tied for 17th in the BMW Championship last week, an indication that he’s starting to play some solid golf. Don’t overthink this prop for Bradley this week!

Rory McIlroy finishing position WORSE 5.5

Okay, we finally found a worse prop that we’re comfortable with in this tournament. Rory McIlroy has won the Players and the Masters already this season, and doesn’t have anything more to prove to himself, let alone his counterparts and doubters.

We’re projecting McIlroy to take his foot off the gas in this tournament, so to speak, finishing outside of the top 5. He could still have a strong showing, of course, but the top five just doesn’t seem like it’s in the cards for him this week.
