Hoist a brew or two as Harrah’s Philadelphia celebrates the end of night harness racing season Friday

You can call it a “brew-haha” as Friday, Harrah’s Philadelphia marks the close of its summer night-racing card with what it’s calling an Oktoberfest-style casino bar crawl.

The good-for-what-ales-you bash begins at 6:30 p.m. at the gaming hall’s Beer Garden (located on the Racing Level). From there, revelers can hit the Winners Circle and The Book bars, collecting stamps for each beer purchased and qualifying for a chance to win various prizes.

A number of seasonal beers will be featured during the festivities. They include Dogfish Head Punkin, Sierra Nevada Oktoberfest and Blue Moon Harvest Pumpkin Wheat.

Added attractions include live DJ entertainment, patio games and an appearance by Jody McDonald of WIP-FM.

All guests must be 21 years of age or older.
