Ovation Hall at Ocean Resort Casino sets debut lineup of acts 

Ever since Ocean Resort Casino opened last June on the site of what was the ill-fated Revel hotel-casino, the big question has been: When will the glass behemoth on the eastern end of the Boardwalk start booking a regular slate of shows at Ovation Hall, its 7,000-seat, state-of-the-art performance venue. Well, now we know the answer.

The Ocean has entered into an exclusive partnership with concert-promotion firm The Bowery Presents/AEG, which has unveiled its initial roster of acts: The venue will showcase artists from across the pop music spectrum as well as top comedy acts, with these being the initial bookings:

38 Special (Feb. 22).

Frank Caliendo (Feb. 23).
