The Tuesday Philly Props: Harper, Hoskins, Franco, McCutchen

Hitting a home run

Chicks did the long ball . . . And does the betting window.

So far, the Phillies’ Bryce Hopkins and Rhys Harper -- or is it the other way around? -- have paid off quite handsomely on Props concerning them hitting home runs. Each of the three Phillies games has seen one or the other go deep. Very deep.

Add in the not-quite-as-big guns of Maikel Franco and Andrew McCutchen (a pair of dingers each) and you’ve got quite a bit of lumber looming.

Yes, we know the first three games were at jacked-up and batter-friendly Citizens Bank Park, but we’re quite sure Nationals Park will be vibrant Tuesday also.

So, we are going long ball on the four of those players (see below) and while we’re at it, taking DraftKings up on its 6-1 offer that the Phillies will not lose until after April 5, which means three wins in a row. Since Aaron Nola is pitching one of those games (April 3 at Wsashington) and the third game is back at CBP against the Twins (April 5), we like our chances.

Pick: Rhys Hoskins to Home ($3/+450)
Pick: Bryce Harper to Homer ($3/+450)
Pick: Maikel Franco to Home ($2/+650)
Pick: Andrew McCuthcen to Homer ($2/700)

Pick: Phillies to win April 2, 3 and 5 ($1/+600)
