Today, we’ll reveal the opening odds and three best bets below for the Premier League matches on Saturday, October 18th. Let’s get into it!

Chelsea (-110) at Nottingham Forest (+270) Saturday 7:30 AM - Draw Odds (+260)

Forest have been in rough form recently as they are winless in their last 9 matches across all competitions. Chelsea have won 3 of their last 4 in all competitions, including a 2-1 win over Liverpool in their last league game.

Chelsea hasn't been great on defense, allowing a goal in each of their last 4 league games. However, Forest has been pretty bad on offense. This should be a fun one, but I give Chelsea the edge here.

Newcastle (+165) at Brighton (+165) Saturday 10:00 AM - Draw Odds (+235)

Newcastle and Brighton are even in the league table after 7 games, with 9 points each. Brighton is off to a solid start and has won four of its last five matches, while Newcastle has won three of their last five.

Neither team has been lighting up the score on offense and they have been solid defensively. I think this will be a close game with not a lot of margin for error on either side.

Leeds (+130) at Burnley (+220) Saturday 10:00 AM - Draw Odds (+220)

Burnley has not gotten off to a great start in their return to the Premier League, with just one win, one draw and 5 losses through their first seven league games.

Leeds, on the other hand, have been solid in their return and sit with two wins, two draws and 3 losses. Leeds has been overall more solid, and won the last match between these two sides. I think they should have an edge in what will likely be a low-scoring game.

Bournemouth (+220) at Crystal Palace (+120) Saturday 12:30 PM - Draw Odds (+235)

Up until last week, Crystal Palace was on the longest winning streak in English Football. However, it came to an end on the road at Everton. Both of these teams currently sit within the top 10 of the league table, and this is setting up to be a fun one.

Bournemouth are unbeaten in their last 5 games and have been very solid on offense. Palace has a slight advantage being at home, but this will be a close one.

Everton (+700) at Manchester City (-270) Saturday 10:00 AM - Draw Odds (+380)

City are entering this game on a seven-game unbeaten run in all competitions after a bit of a shaky start to the season. They have gone 3-1-1 in their last 5 league games as well.

This weekend, Everton will be heading to Ethiad Stadium after ending Crystal Palace’s unbeaten streak 2 weeks ago. City is the far better team, so they should have an edge, especially at home.

Wolves (+205) at Sunderland (+140) Saturday 10:00 AM - Draw Odds (+205)

Sunderland has been a great surprise so far this season in their return to the Premier League. They currently sit in ninth place with just 6 goals conceded in their first 7 games.

They now take on Wolves, who are winless in league play so far this year and currently sit at the bottom of the league. While Sunderland has been good on defense, they have struggled on offense, much like Wolves. This will likely be a low-scoring affair.

Arsenal (-180) at Fulham (+475) Saturday 12:30 PM - Draw Odds (+300)

Fulham are entering this weekend coming off back-to-back league defeats, and things will not get easier. Arsenal have been great once again this season and currently sit atop the league.

They have won 4 straight league games and are unbeaten in their last 7 across all competitions. Fulham have won just one of their last ten matches against Arsenal. Arsenal may be on the road, but they are the far better team.

Best Bets

Chelsea (-110) at Nottingham Forest  - Forest has looked rough this season, as they haven't won since their first game. Chelsea have been hot, winning 3 of their last 4 across all competitions, and I think they’ll continue to roll.

Wolves at Sunderland (+140) - Wolves are still winless this season, and they will be taking on a very tough defense who are allowing less than a goal per game. I think Sunderland takes this one in a very low-scoring game.

Arsenal -1.5 (+150) at Fulham - In their last two league games, Fulham has let up 3 goals to Aston Villa and Bournemouth. Arsenal has scored at least 2 goals in 3 of their last 5, and I think they can take advantage of a bad Fulham defense.
