NHL BoopProps: Flyers vs Sharks — Boop looks at the scoring situation

Bob Vetrone

In their last three home games, the Flyers have allowed 1, 1 and 2 goals (in that order) against the Panthers, Blue Jackets and Jets.

Now here come the San Jose Sharks, who just completed a three-game tour of the general New York area by scoring 1, 2 and 1 goals, against the Devils, Rangers and Islanders, also in that order.

Since Valentine’s Day, the Sharks have played at Winnipeg, Minnesota, home against Florida, and then trekked East to the Big Apple circuit before finishing this trip up in South Philadelphia, where the Flyers are 21-5-4 and where no NHL team wants to visit these days.

You can get +850 on San Jose not scoring a goal in regulation, but we’re gonna hedge our bets just a bit and wager on the Sharks not getting three (slight win) and hope they get held to a single (bigger win).

Under 1.5 Goals (+220) . . . $10 / $22
