Our Staff's Top Anytime Touchdown Player Props for NFL Week 2

Ready to make the NFL Week 2 slate of games more fun? Our team members give out their top Anytime Touchdown props in this article. Let's get it!

Mike Noblin

2025 is off to a good start for our NFL Anytime TD props, as we went 3-3 for a profit of 0.4 units. Mitch, Ant, and Matty B all picked winners at plus money to get us over the proverbial hump in Week 1.

Let's find out what Week 2 will hold. Our staff gives out their best Anytime Touchdown props below. Best of luck, folks!

Malley: Trey McBride (+165) (FanDuel)

CAR at AZ - 4:05 PM EST

It was a great week 1, except for owners of Mike Evans to score. Evans was outdone by his rookie teammate Emeka Egbuka, who brought down 2 TDs in his career debut. Good on him. Looking at week 2, Evans is +150 and Egbuka is +170. Some good options in Tampa for sure. But I'm staying away now, thanks to this rookie's emergence and the uncertainty it brings.

Speaking of uncertainty, how about Trey McBride to score this week? His lack of endzone production last year is well-documented. But you know what else is documented? McBride being arguably the best TE in the league despite only 2 scores. In week 1, he was targeted 9 times (team leader) by Kyler Murray and had 6 receptions (team leader).

I can't imagine another season goes by where McBride is not getting his fair share of TDs. The Cardinals take on the Panthers at home. The Panthers are traveling west and having a soft D vs the TE. So this week, RSVP "Yes" for McBride to score.

Matty B: Isaiah Pacheco (+180) (FanDuel)

PHI at KC - 4:25 PM EST

Isaiah Pacheco is my anytime touchdown pick this week, and yes, he's going to do it in the Super Bowl rematch against the Eagles. If you like bold bets, then you're not going to want to pass this gem up at +160.

Just take a look at how Philly’s defense looked in Week 1 — vulnerable. Without Jalen Carter clogging the middle, the Cowboys hit them early on the ground with Javonte Williams punching in 2 TDs. That showed just how thin the Eagles are up front when their star isn’t available or double-teamed out of plays. Of course, Carter will be back for this game, but he still doesn't have a regular-season game under his belt yet, and there were bigger problems than just him.

Pacheco, now fully healthy after last year’s injury-marred season, brings a downhill, physical running style that matches up well with those weaknesses. Even though his Week 1 workload was modest, he still averaged 5.0 yards per carry and is clearly the best option in Kansas City’s backfield to finish drives.

With Patrick Mahomes often drawing defenses back into coverage, Pacheco is looking good to take advantage of lighter boxes near the goal line. Against an Eagles defense that struggled early to stop the run and is still trying to rebuild its pass rush, he’s a strong bet to hit paydirt.

Nobz: Travis Etienne (+115) (Fanatics)

JAX at CIN - 1:00 PM EST

I'm anxious to redeem myself after Mark Andrews made me look about as sharp as a marble in Week 1. Holy cow, I did NOT see a one reception for 5 yards performance coming from the veteran Ravens tight end. Oh well, it's time to go back to the running backs well for Week 2.

Etienne had a fantastic start to his 2025 campaign, as he ran for 143 yards on 16 carries. Yes, I know it was against the lowly Panthers, but I have to give the former Clemson star his due. I also like that he caught 3 passes out of the backfield.

The only problem with Travis is that he didn't find the end zone last week. I think he remedies that against Cincy on Sunday. The Bengals defense looked great last week against the Browns, but I ain't ready to crown them (said in Dennis Green voice) just yet. Give me Etienne at plus money!

Chris: Jameson Williams (+225) (Fanatics)

CHI at DET - 1:00 PM EST

David Montgomery and my Lions let me down in Week 1, but I'm not ready to abandon ship after only one game. In case you didn't know by now, Lions fans are the most resilient in all of sports.

Dan Campbell probably had at least half the team puking in practice this week, so effort won't be an issue. Williams didn't do too much against Green Bay, but Jared Goff did target him 5 times in the loss.

I think Jamo goes off this week against a suspect Chicago secondary. Also, keep in mind that 'Da Bears are coming off a short week after blowing a big lead on Monday Night Football against the Vikings. I'll take Williams to hit pay dirt, and for my squad to get back on track.

Mitch: Drake Maye (+400) (DraftKings)

NE at MIA - 1:00 PM EST

With a week 1 win on Brian Thomas Jr., it was hard not to go back, but this Drake Maye prop was calling my name after watching the Dolphins last week. I am taking any opportunity I can get against this weak defense.

With the Patriots heading to Miami this weekend, Drake Maye’s anytime TD line is tempting! He’s only managed two rushing touchdowns so far in his short career, but since Daniel Jones scored two last week against the Dolphins, maybe Maye can do the same.

Last year, Maye ran for 421 yards, averaging 7.8 yards per carry—making him one of the most efficient QB rushers. While Maye isn't quite Josh Allen, he still managed to complete 65% of his passes and nearly hit 300 yards passing in Week 1.

With a strong arm and a good supporting cast around him, he’s poised to dominate the Dolphins this weekend, giving the Patriots plenty of scoring opportunities. If the Pats find themselves in short-yardage situations in the red zone, Maye has a solid shot at scoring with his legs.

Ant: Ja'Marr Chase (-120) (Bet365)

JAX at CIN - 1:00 PM EST

For Week 2, I've got to go with my fantasy football first-round pick Ja'Marr Chase. The former LSU Tiger is arguably the best wideout in the game, and you can bet (pun-intended) he'll be pissed off for greatness after a lackluster Week 1 against the Browns.

I get that Cincy tends to struggle the first month of the season, but I just don't see Joe Burrow and his old college buddy playing poorly two weeks in a row to start 2025. Chase scored 17 touchdowns last season, and it wouldn't surprise me if Burrow targets him 10-15 times against the Jags!
