Week 1 of the NFL season is almost over already! There have already been a lot of exciting games, including the electric matchup between the Buffalo Bills and Baltimore Ravens last night.

There is one more game on this slate, a highly-touted game between the Minnesota Vikings and Chicago Bears this evening. This is the second of two NFC North battles this week, with the Green Bay Packers making quick work of the Detroit Lions yesterday afternoon.

We’re excited to see how this one goes down, so without further ado, let’s get into our favorite player props from this game!

Justin Jefferson OVER 79.5 Receiving Yards

There’s an age-old saying out there that says “Keep it simple, stupid,” advice that we’re going to heed with Justin Jefferson’s receiving yardage total tonight.

Jefferson is not only the best wideout in this game, but he’s one of the best in the league. He’s torched the Bears throughout his career, averaging 79.5 yards per game.

Some people might be scared to bet on him, considering that it’s J.J. McCarthy’s first game as an NFL starter, but Jefferson has proven to be matchup-proof to this point in his career. He had 80+ yards in 12 games last season, so we’re riding with him until further notice.

Caleb Williams OVER 218.5 Passing Yards

We’re going to be bold and predict that Caleb Williams will be the first 4,000-yard passer in Bears history this season. While his rookie campaign didn’t yield the spectacular results that so many were hoping for heading into the year, Williams has a completely different outlook in 2025.

He now has Ben Johnson as his head coach, someone who has historically transformed offenses and turned quarterbacks into superstars. Johnson did that with Jared Goff over the past two seasons, and he’ll now get a chance to do that with Williams.

We wouldn’t be surprised if Williams had close to 300 yards in this one, so we’ll definitely take the over in this spot, believing he’s in for a big game.

Colston Loveland OVER 2.5 Receptions

It has been a fantastic week for rookies, as so many players received opportunities to showcase their skills in Week 1. Emeka Egbuka was the star, recording two touchdowns, but several players had their moment in the limelight, including Indianapolis Colts TE Tyler Warren.

Warren went four picks behind Colston Loveland, a tight end that the Bears fell in love with during the pre-draft process. We believe Loveland is going to get plenty of chances in this game, similar to what Warren received, easily going over the three-catch mark.

Look for Williams to look for him early and often, especially with a staunch Vikings defense that could cause him to get rid of the ball sooner rather than later.
