Line seems too high here for a Titans team that hasn't broken the 20-point barrier seven times this season. 'Skins are still reeling but showed some moxie in last week's win at Jacksonville. Don't see Titans pitching another shutout (or near-shutout), though the score still figures to be low. Feeling is that 'Skins defense will rally for the cause in a grind-it-out game and keep it under the number.
