Welcome to the Big Dance, sports betting amigos! Friday was a fantastic night for us on the college hardwood, as our player props went 2-0 to run our record to 58-47 on the season. That brings our overall profit up to +6.88 units.
Our two Overs were sweaty, but they worked out in the end. Jeremy of Fears Jr. of Michigan State got our party started early. The dynamic point guard racked up 6 assists to cash our Over 5.5 ticket against Oregon.
Our Over bet on LJ Cryer of Houston also got us to the cash-out window. The senior guard didn't shoot the ball particularly well, but he still knocked down 4 three-pointers to win our Over 2.5. bet. The Cougars look like a legitimate national title contender.
All in all, though, I was glad to end up at 2-0. Let's keep the hot streak alive with 2 more player props for Tuesday's First Four contest between UNC and San Diego State.

Davis is one of my favorite point guards to watch, but I think he comes back down to earth in the three-pointers department. The veteran Tar Heel went 0 of 3 from downtown against Duke and I could see that trend continuing on Tuesday night against a tough San Diego State defense.
The Aztecs have one of the stingiest defenses in the land, as they rank an impressive 1st in opponent shooting efficiency and 13th in defensive efficiency. San Diego State also ranks 19th at defending three-pointers, so Davis should have a hand in his face anytime he tries to shoot from downtown.
Lastly, I love betting on Unders in the first few rounds of the NCAA Tournament. A lot of times, both offenses start out sluggish because of nerves and tightness. Give me the Under!
Davis is 19-16 to the Under vs. this line in '24-25.
Davis has gone Under this line in 11 of 20 road or neutral-site games.
Davis only shoots 34.5% from beyond the arc.

We cashed an Under on Lubin in the ACC Tournament against Wake Forest. He got into some foul trouble in that game, and I could see that happening again on Tuesday night. The Aztecs have a couple of big guys that should be able to contain Lubin down low on the block.
Magoon Gwath is 7 feet and Jared Coleman-Jones is 6'10". Lubin could have a difficult time guarding both of these big fellas, so I could see him picking up two or three early fouls like he did against the Demon Deacons.
Lubin has been getting more playing time lately, so that is a definite concern. However, I don't mind putting my faith in an Aztecs D that ranks 8th in 2-point defense. Good luck with your bets, my friends!
Lubin is 28-7 to the Under vs. this line in '24-25.
Lubin has gone Under this line in 18 of his 20 road / neutral games.
Lubin is 3-2 to the Under vs. this line over his last 5 games.
