Seattle O’Sullivan 2021-2022 NBA Season so far: 198-223-7, -$818.44

(Last Night: 1-0, +$10)

(Standing Caveat: The universe is chaotic. Life is unpredictable. Things happen. Like injuries. And COVID protocols. In following Seattle O’Sullivan’s betting advice, be advised that you should always monitor your bets during the day to make certain unforeseen things have not occurred which might change your wagering opinion. Thank you.)

Orlando Magic at Charlotte Hornets, 7 pm Eastern

The Pick: Orlando +13.5 (-110), bet $11 to win $10

(shrug) Too many points. Orlando has nothing to play for, to be sure, while Charlotte has a slim chance of elevating themselves to the ninth spot in the Eastern Conference. But the Magic are actually a solid 22-18 against the spread on the road, while the Hornets barely have a .500 record at home. Orlando knows they’re heading for the lottery, but they’re a young team that plays hard. They only have two games left in this season, and they’re going to try in both of them.

Boston Celtics at Milwaukee Bucks, 7:30 pm Eastern

The Pick: Milwaukee -245, bet $12.25 to win $5

Two teams separated by a half-game in the Eastern Conference, but more importantly, two teams who want to make a statement tonight. Milwaukee are the defending champs, but Boston’s played better than any team in the East these past three months. I don’t see either team laying back tonight, and in that case, I’ll put a small play on the Bucks defending their turf. Celtic Jayson Tatum is making a case for All-NBA, while Buck Giannis Antetokounmpo is making a case for MVP They’re not holding back tonight. I’ll take the home team hell-bent on proving they deserve to be champs.

San Antonio Spurs at Minnesota Timberwolves, 8 pm Eastern

The Pick: San Antonio +9 (-115), bet $11.50 to win $10

(shrug) Gregg Popovich is retiring after this season, and I don’t think he wants to go out quietly. The Spurs have clinched a spot in the play-in game, and they’re playing well: 8-2 in their last ten games, including 5-0 on the road and 7-3 against the spread. The Spurs are going to lay it all out each and every night. The Timberwolves are solidly in the seventh spot in the West, and they may win tonight, but they won’t be ready for San Antonio’s intensity in honor of their retiring head coach.
