Before we get to O'Sullivan's pick:
Hey New Yorkers, no more driving to New Jersey or Pennsylvania! The Port Authority is going to wonder why bridge tolls are going down.
Caesars is live in New York and they;re giving a free NBA jersey to New Yorkers who bet $100.
Seattle O’Sullivan 2021-2022 NBA Season so far: 99-123-2, -$422.14
(Standing Caveat: The universe is chaotic. Life is unpredictable. Things happen. Like injuries. And COVID protocols. In following Seattle O’Sullivan’s betting advice, be advised that you should always monitor your bets during the day to make certain unforeseen things have not occurred which might change your wagering opinion. Thank you.)
Memphis Grizzlies at Los Angeles Clippers, 3:30 pm Eastern
The Pick: Memphis -142, bet $20 to win $14.08; Memphis -2.5 (-110), bet $7.70 to win $7
I’m going to continue to ride Memphis, who I’m convinced is on a mission to show the NBA they’re a force with whom to be reckoned (and why don’t we insist on proper grammar for the “force to be reckoned?” I think the correct way sounds even more foreboding and isn’t that the point?). The Grizzlies have won seven in a row, and they’re the sort of team that wouldn’t settle for just seven, so they’ll play hard tonight. Honestly, though, part of my riding Memphis is not riding Los Angeles, as the Clippers are without Paul George for the foreseeable future due to a torn UCL in his elbow. Los Angeles was underperforming even before George’s injury. The Grizzlies are 10-1 against the spread in their last 11 games on the road. Memphis guard Ja Morant is playing like a beast. Moneyline for dinner, cover for dessert.
