The Cavaliers are 1-13 against the Western Conference, so it probably doesn’t matter much at all that former Cleveland star LeBron James is out with a groin issue.

What does matter is that someone named Kyle Kuzma went for 41 in the Lakers’ last home game, a dismantling of the Pistons Wednesday. We’d tune in just to hear his name bandied about a couple of dozen times . . .
