WNBA Friday: O'Sullivan picks moneyline parlays on Storm vs Liberty and Fever vs Wings, also parlays points

Seattle Storm at New York Liberty, 7 pm EDT, Indiana Fever at Dallas Wings, 8 pm.

Seattle O’Sullivan so far: 81-68-1

The Pick: Money line parlay: Seattle (-420) with Dallas (-360) - true price -172

Seattle Storm at New York Liberty, 7 pm Eastern

The Pick: New York +8.5 (-110)

A rematch from Wednesday night, Seattle stars Sue Bird and Breanna Stewart will be back in the lineup tonight. Even with them resting in the last game, the Storm had a double-digit lead midway through the third quarter; you might have seen me mention that (grrr). But I think 8.5 points is too much tonight. New York’s a home dog here, and as good as Seattle is straight up, they’re 9-15 against the spread (including 2-9 in their last 11). They’re content to do what they need to do to win (although not Wednesday night, grrr). Hopefully, my money line parlay above will take advantage of that.

Indiana Fever at Dallas Wings, 8 pm Eastern

The Pick: Indiana +8.5 (-105)

Dallas leads in every statistical category, here. But I continue to be impressed with Indiana’s fight; they don’t lay down. Three of the Fever’s four wins have come in the last 10 games. They haven’t lost by more than six points since June 24, although that day they got blown out by these Wings. However, in their last ten meetings against Dallas, they’re a respectable 4-6. The Fever are 5-1 against the spread in their last six games, while Dallas is 1-4 in its last five. Dallas has also lost 4 of 5 straight-up and starting forward Satou Sabally is out with an Achilles injury, which makes me worried about my parlay, but we’re playing 3-D chess, here.

Oh, what the heck, let’s put a little somethin’ on…

The Pick:

Parlay - New York +8.5 (-110) with Indiana +8.5 (-105) - true price +272

…just to make my brain totally confused with how it should be rooting tonight. (shrug) Just call me “Middle.”
