Champions League Picks Match Day 6: PSG, Sporting CP, Juventus, Chelsea, Real Madrid, look to lock up spots

This is it.

The final match day of the UEFA Champions League will take place on Tuesday and Wednesday, with 16 matches split over the two days.

But there are some dead ringer games, and others that will decide which teams advance into the knockout stage draw Monday, December 13 in Nyon, Switzerland.

Five teams have already won their groups, including three teams from the Premier League: Ajax, Bayern Munich, Liverpool, Manchester City, and Manchester United will be seeded in the pots Monday as winners.

Six other teams have already qualified for the next stage, but have yet to figure out if they will finish top or runner-up in their groups: Paris Saint-Germain, Sporting CP, Juventus, Chelsea, Real Madrid, and Inter Milan.

That leaves five spots up for grabs. Group G is the most competitive, with all four teams in the race to finish on top of the group and/or qualify heading into Wednesday.

When you are looking to bet these matches on Tuesday and Wednesday, you have to take into account multiple factors. Manchester United is a huge favorite against BSC Young Boys, with the Red Devils already through as group winners and YB out of the race to advance, although they could make it into the Europa League with a win and a loss from Atalanta. New Manager Ralf Rangnick could play his bench, and maybe some younger players, to see what they can do on this stage.

With that in mind, I have tried to pick games over the two days that have some meaning. The bulk of the picks come on Wednesday, which should be a fantastic day of action around the continent.
