La Liga champion Atlético Madrid hosts Barcelona with Blaugrana reeling; odds and predictions

In the final La Liga match of the day, Atlético Madrid will host a Barcelona team teetering on the edge of disaster on and off the pitch.

The Blaugrana lost 3-0 midweek to Benfica in the UEFA Champions League, and look very much like a team about to go into the Europa League next February.

While Barca is still unbeaten in Spain, it has drawn three times in six games, and has looked a shell of what it was last decade.

Atléti, meanwhile, is the defending La Liga champion, and will look to move up into second with a win here.

This might be a draw, but I think Atléti can win this at home and jump start their title defense.
