Let's be honest: Lille will not be defending its Ligue 1 crown.

PSG just built a super team, and will win the next four or five titles.

But no one can take the championship from 2020-21 away from LOSC, and no one can take the Super Cup victory from last week, either.

Lille should be one of the teams near the top of Ligue 1, with Marseille hoping it can jump up into that conversation.

Both teams will want to get their campaigns off to wins on the road, as Lille takes on Metz, while Marseille visits Montpellier.
