Copa America scrambling for places continues Thursday with Chile, Uruguay looking like favorites

Brazil and Argentina are the best two teams in South America.

But the two teams hardly ever meet on the big stage for the Copa America title: One or the other usually loses on the way to the title match.

So for the other teams, seeding matters. The consensus is, stay away from Brazil for as long as possible. Thursday, two teams that will think they can beat both are in action, with Chile playing Bolivia and Uruguay taking on Bolivia.

It is never a good sign when the over/under line is 1.5 goals at the top of any betting app. The Asian line in the Chile Paraguay match is over/under 2 (under is -117), so this should be a 0-0/1-0 contest.

These have been tough games to call, but I like Uruguay to win to nil in the first match, with Chile pulling out a tight one in the second.
