Miller picks Croatia vs Armenia in Tuesday International Friendly Soccer

With Euro 2020 set to start next Friday, friendlies ramp up this week

We are now so close to the start of one of the best periods of soccer we have.

Next Friday, the 2020 UEFA European Championships start (a year late) with a fantastic Group A match between Italy and Turkey.

Then two days later, the beleaguered 2021 Copa America, which is now on its third host country, will start with eight teams vying for the crown of South America’s top side.

Most people will say the World Cup is the best international tournament, but it actually might be the Euros, since the World Cup has basically been the Euros anyway: six of the eight quarterfinalists at the 2018 World Cup were from Europe, as were all four semifinalists.

Tuesday, teams will start gearing up for the tournament with friendly matches. Croatia, the 2018 World Cup runner-up, will take on Armenia, in one of four games on the docket.

Look for Croatia to cover the goal and a half.
