Miller's Premier League Sunday: Liverpool vs Crystal Palace, Villa vs Chelsea, Leicester vs Tottenham, more

All matches 11 am EDT. Liverpool (-650) vs. Crystal Palace (+1500), Aston Villa (+550) vs. Chelsea (-205), Leicester City (-108) vs. Tottenham (+255), West Ham (-135) vs. Southampton (+370).

Last day of Premier League campaign brings drama for European spots

So here we are, with the champion, the second place team, and all three relegated sides long ago decided in the Premier League.

But if you have been following the sport in the news over the last month, you will know there is still much at stake today for the teams from third all the way down to ninth.

Three teams will battle it out for two UEFA Champions League places, and join what will most certainly be the most lucrative year in the competition ever. If Chelsea (67 points) and Liverpool (66 points, +24 GD) win, Leicester City (66 points, +20 GD) would have to win and score five more goals than Liverpool, which is going to be a tough ask against a Tottenham side battling to make the Europa League.

West Ham United (62 points) sit in sixth, and would lock up a place in the Europa League with just a point against Southampton.

Tottenham is in seventh (59 points, +21 GD), and could only make Europa League if it wins and West Ham loses. But the Spurs could make the new Europa Conference League with a seventh place finish.

Eighth place Everton (59 points, +4 GD) needs a win over Manchester City and a Tottenham loss to make the Europa Conference League.

Ninth place Arsenal (58 points) needs to win and see both Tottenham and Everton lose (a distinct possibility) to make the Conference League.

Get all of that?

Here is what happens. Liverpool will win, the Chelsea game could be dodgy, leaving the intrigue in the Leicester City Tottenham contest.
