Bet Champions League Tuesday: Miller picks Manchester City vs Borussia Dortmund, Real Madrid vs Liverpool

Manchester City (-335) vs. Borussia Dortmund (+800), 3 pm EDT (Paramount+, Galavision, and Fubo.TV); Real Madrid (+190) vs. Liverpool (+143), 3 pm (Paramount+, Univision, TUDN, and Fubo.TV)

UEFA Champions League is back Tuesday with two interesting contests

Has the Premier League taken back over as the best in the world?

We will see after the UEFA Champions League (and maybe the Europa League) quarterfinal matches.

There is a very real possibility that three English teams could be in the semifinals, and it could be a second all-England final in three years (the same in the Europa).

Today, Manchester City looks to start its quest to get through this round for the first time since 2016, against what should be a dangerous Borussia Dortmund team, that in reality has lost most of its teeth. This team is reeling in the Bundesliga, and may need to win the Champions League to avoid financial destruction.

The other game Tuesday is a rematch of the 2018 final. Real Madrid is starting to get healthy, but has a tough two-legged battle with a Liverpool team that might be finally turning the corner after some terrible form.

With the late news that Varane will miss out due to a positive COVID-19 test, Real Madrid will now be without both first choice CB, just like Liverpool.
