Bet Friday Eerste Divisie Soccer: Miller picks De Graafschap vs Dordrecht, Volendam vs Cambuur, Ajax vs Breda

Eerste Divisie heads into home stretch with races for automatic promotion, playoffs in full swing

In the Netherlands Eerste Divisie, the top eight teams look set.

Roda JC Kerkrade is 11 points clear of Telstar in ninth.

Why is that a big deal? Below the first two in the table, the next six teams play in the promotion playoffs, to see which team heads to the Eredivisie.

So while the playoff teams at the bottom look set, the race for automatic promotion is very close.

Cambuur Leeuwarden is in first place, with 70 points, eight ahead of NAC Breda and Almere City (62 points). De Graafschap is second with 64 points.

The race for second could be interesting: with eight matches left, it should come down to NAC Breda, Almere City, and De Graafschap.

Two of those teams are my picks today, as well as Cambuur.
