London duo set to advance into UEFA Europa League quarters with wins Thursday

After the terrible showing Sunday in the North London Derby by Jose Mourinho’s Tottenham side, the Spurs have a chance to get back on track before Sunday’s massive Premier League contest with Aston Villa. Tottenham heads to Zagreb up 2-0 in the UEFA Europa League RO16 tie, and need to just close it out to move on into the quarterfinal draw tomorrow.

Conversely for Arsenal, the win Sunday might have breathed new life into a season that was faltering, and now the Gunners can also move into the Europa quarters if they can close out an Olympiakos side that came to the Emirates last season and knocked out Arsenal.

Both London sides should win today.
