Of course, there have probably been bigger North London Derbies over the years.

But the one today between Arsenal and Tottenham could rival them.

Why?

Because both teams have struggled at times this season, but can use the next two months to salvage their campaigns.

Tottenham has a Carabao Cup Final to come, has one leg in the UEFA Europa League quarters, and can move up into the Premier League top four if it wins its games in hand.

Arsenal’s picture is slightly less rosy, although the Gunners too should be into the Europa quarters. But a loss today, which would be their fourth straight in this series, could see them in the bottom half of the table next week.

Tottenham seems to have Arsenal’s number of late, and are the better side. Go with the Spurs.
