Clash of European giants keys early UEFA Europa League Round of 16 first legs Thursday

There are not too many bigger names in world football than Milan and Manchester United.

Both want to be in the UEFA Champions League, but both have to settle with trying to win another piece of European hardware in 2021: the Europa League.

Both teams look set to be back in the Champions League via the domestic route (as top four finishers), but can’t count on that just yet, so need to take this cup seriously.

The three other early Round of 16 first leg early ties Thursday are very intriguing as well, with Stevie G’s newly-crowned champions of Scotland, Rangers, trying to get back to the big time in a tough contest against Slavia Praha the pick of the other three.
