Almere City looks to stay hot in Eerste Divisie, while Mirandes move closer to La Liga 2 playoff places

Almere City needs to keep winning its Eerste Divisie games to stay on the heels of Cambuur, and ahead of De Graafschap, to make it up to the Netherlands top flight next season.

Against Jong PSV Eindhoven on Monday, which has not kept a clean sheet in 10 and is without a win in six, Almere can move back to within three points of the top spot.

For Mirandes in Spain’s La Liga 2, a win would see the team move up to eighth, and within a point of the playoff places.
