Manchester United resumes heated rivalry with Leeds United in Premier League

There is no love lost between Manchester United and Leeds United fans.

In fact, the word hatred might not be strong enough to describe the feelings most have for their cross-Pennines foes, and it goes back centuries.

That there are no supporters in the stands for this contest Sunday, the first one in the Premier League since 2004, is a bit of a shame. But Manchester United will need to keep winning games, to stay in the hunt for a top four place.

In Spain, Real Madrid plays the last match of the afternoon, and will want to do the same, stay around the top of the table.
